Afterwork

When the company reached a certain size, we asked ourselves what we could do to keep staff connected and preserve the friendly atmosphere at Serial.

The “After work” initiative is sponsored by Serial, but run by and for the employees themselves.

Regular evening and weekend outings are organised outside work – sport (skiing, rafting, karting, canyoning, racket games, etc.) or general recreation (bowling, games, etc).

It’s a special time to relax and cement relationships away from the pressures of project work.
