Traineeships

We take on several work trainees every year as part of completing their studies (for a period of more than 4 months).

We work in close collaboration with the heads of engineering Colleges in Switzerland and France. The work experience we offer is mainly aimed at students at the end of their College engineering course or in their third year at University.

According to the added value contributed by the individual student, all traineeships are paid, and generally lead to an offer of permanent employment.

Mélanie tells us about her experience as a trainee

"Serial est une entreprise qui donne sa confiance aux stagiaires, et elle leur prouve en leur proposant des sujets de stage intéressants sur des projets réels en relation avec des clients extérieurs.
Ainsi durant ces stages j'ai pu découvrir et participer à toutes les étapes d'un projet. De la prise de connaissance des besoins du client à la livraison, en passant par la réalisation des documents et la formation sur des nouvelles technologies.
