Whether it is at the sales or business monitoring level, you always listen and analyse your customer’s needs and you work with a team spirit to find suitable solutions. You are passionate about your job and are able to commit yourself with your clients to build a long term and trusting relationship.
What will you do as a Business Unit Manager for SERIAL?
– Embody and reflect SERIAL’s values and spirit in this new branch in Zurich:
You are the guarantor of the expertise and the human and technological values of SERIAL
You will be in permanent interaction with the operational board and report to the strategic board in Switzerland
You will initiate the collaboration with partners and branch in the DACH region
You will be in charge of recruiting, coordinate and pilot your team (Junior BM, Recruiter, Technical leader, etc.)
– Participate and initiate the full business cycle:
Prospecting, customer acquisition, commitment (technical-functional), monitoring of commitments, etc.
Lead and drive structured offers and complex projects.
And, last but not least: the closing of new contracts!
– Participate in the recruitment and assignment of your Business Unit consultants

Your profile as a Business Unit Manager:
You have a master’s degree of Engineer diploma in Information and Computer Science field.
You got a first in depth and successful experience (between 5 to 8 years) in all phases of project delivery (from the build to the run phases, passing by project management and presales activities) in the IT field for big customers in the Zurich area.
You are willing to take a new step in your professional career and have a real entrepreneurial spirit and strong appetite for making business.
You are able to train yourself, become autonomous and confident regarding our solutions, offers and expertise.
Soft Skills Required:
Rigor, strong structure (of thoughts and approach), ability to summarize, integrity, curiosity, self-driven, humility and pugnacity.
You are very comfortable in oral and written communication and speak fluent English and German (or Swiss-German) and have good professional skills in French.
