The client is a famous Swiss Bank based in Geneva. The company provides clients with wealth, business and family succession.
This Swiss Private Bank is facing challenges with the reconciliation and the sharing of operational data. Operational reporting is failing, integration points are multiplying increasing the complexity to share data, sensitive data is re-entered again and again. Based on 10 workshops and interviews, our enterprise data architect helps and drives the bank’s team to document the baseline architecture, to identify a high level target data architecture addressing constraints and to propose a roadmap to reach the target.
The deliverable will be used to kick off a new architecture transformation.
