Founded in 1986 by Paul Antiochus and now owned by four partners, SERIAL is an IT consulting company that has adapted to digital transformation;

50% of its customers come from the financial sector, the remaining 50% are divided between insurance, health, the watch industry, international organisations and French-speaking towns and cantons. “We specialize in IT service and engineering,” says Benjamin Mottet, marketing manager.

In order to meet the needs of its customers, the SME invests in research and development through its poles of expertise. “We are reducing the design time of our programs with agile approaches and an industrialization of our developments,” says Benjamin Mottet. We are looking to improve the user experience in order to keep up with new digital practices. »

The company, which employs around 100 people, is based in Geneva and Lausanne. It has also just opened a subsidiary in Chambéry to offer a “nearshore” service (in a nearby country) to its customers.
