Nearshore banque privée IT

Company Description

This bank is one of the largest private banks in Switzerland and Europe. It is part of an independent banking group offering wealth and asset management services to private and institutional clients. Headquartered in Geneva, it has offices in several jurisdictions and employs more than 2,000 people.

Business Challenges

With over 220 years of wealth management experience behind it, this Geneva based Internal Private Bank has created its own bespoke in-house Core Banking solution based on its legacy product. It designed by financial professionals for financial professionals with the help of a dedicated product team. To support the ever-growing need to deliver more features and functionalities, this private bank requested our help to setup some dedicated development teams to deliver code in reliable manner and deterministic time.

Our solution

For over 2 years, three development teams have been working for our customer. Through high speed connection and VPN technologies, they work directly on the bank internal systems. They are fully integrated with our customer’s teams and they deliver JEE and Angular solutions, which integrate to the core banking system. Our solutions comprised API development with GraphQL for online payments, account opening solutions, back-office solutions for the tax department as well as document generation technologies.

Our teams also contribute to the overall continuous improvement of the bank development processes by promoting BDD, tests automation and disciplined agile methodologies.
