Our client has been operating in Switzerland for 15 years.

Working in conjunction with Regional banks and CA and another brand in Switzerland, our client is a bank under Swiss law that can rely on its reference shareholders. This is a major asset for guaranteeing its growth in the banking market and assuring its sustainability.

The ​bank has initiated a strategic digitalization program with 5 main projects in progress since 2017 :

Our Solution

​We supported our client to define the customer journey and design the following processes:

​ ​The main tasks were to:

  • Stakeholders interviews
  • Definition of an agile methodology specific to each project
  • Workshop animation and participation
  • Information architecture proposal for each project
  • Multi-devices mapping and dynamic prototype •Validation of the specifications with the IT Team
  • Implementation of user testing procedures
  • Collaboration and supervision of the UI Team
